Dato Dr. Zairulnizad Bin Shahrim

Dato Dr. Zairulnizad Bin Shahrim is an Ex-CEO AM Islamic Fund Management as well as AM Investment Bank Bhd Associate Director, Islamic Capital Markets. As an Islamic financial product specialist, he spent over two decades in the Islamic capital market and investment banking, Islamic financial services and Islamic funds management industry.
He has been involved in extensive number of Islamic syndications and capital markets transactions which include Sukuk, private equity and venture capital, unit trust funds, Islamic REITs, derivatives and structured products issued by corporates, Government as well as GLCs. He has served as an Associate, Islamic Capital Market Development, at Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Dr. Choo Koon Lip
CEO, Skylight Group
The multiple award-winning Dr. Choo is the Director of multiple financial licensed entities in Hong Kong, Labuan and China. He is currently on the board of directors and/or consultants for a couple of ASX-listed companies, including one of the top performing ASX-listed company in 2017 which he found – Golden Mile Resources (ASX:G88), of which he held the crown of Youngest Ever Non-Australian Director and Biggest Shareholder of a Top 10 ASX-listed Company.

Dato' Abdul Manap Abd. Wahab
Director / Shariah Chairman
Dato’ Manap is highly experienced in conventional and Islamic Banking. During his 20-year Maybank tenure, he served in various capacities such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager for Perak and later Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Among his many eye catching internal appointments, he was the General Manager in Maybank London, General Manager Branch Operations Division and Project Manager for Retail Banking Development Project. His last position in Maybank was Head of Retail Marketing Maybank Group until 2002.
Late 2004, he was headhunted to become Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad’s CEO when it was loss-making. Under his stewardship, his team turned the Bank around in his very first year and chalked up profit in excess of RM100 million the year after. Spreading his wings, he joined a Singapore group with coal mining and shipping interests in Indonesia as President Direktur of PT Rimau Indonesia in 2008. The company was listed as Agritrade Resources Ltd on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012. Currently, he is an Independent Board Member in Opensys Berhad and Bermaz Berhad, listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Lee King Loon

Mr. Lee has more than 28 years of experience in accounting and finance including conducting financial due diligence reviews, valuations and financial modelling. Mr Lee has also provided advisory services to large corporations and private equity firms.
Currently, Mr. Lee is a director of Qwantum Skylight Capital Sdn. Bhd., a licensed corporate finance advisory company and a director of Choizen Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, principally engaged in investment holding and the provision of consultancy services. Mr. Lee is also the co-founder of Meridian Care Capital Berhad, an unlisted public company investing primarily in entities engaged in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Mr. Lee holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia and was admitted as a member of CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) in August 1995 and December 1995 respectively. He is registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and also holds a Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence issued by Securities Commission Malaysia.

Muhammad Zakiyuddin Bin Abdul Azih

As one of the founders of GA Skylight Private Wealth, Muhammad Zakiyuddin was one of the more prolific leaders steering the Firm's Wealth Management department. A natural born leader, he was part of the pioneering batch who laid the groundwork for the Company's strategic investment management which had successfully blossomed into a strong, business-oriented organization.
Long story short, he was significantly instrumental in collaboratively building the Company's RM300,000,000-00 AUM to date. With over 5 years of professional experience, as well as currently serving as a Director at GA Skylight Berhad, he had and continues to lead growth initiatives in business management, marketing campaign planning and returns optimization. A bold leader as well as a team player, he has contributed to the organization's long-term growth by shaping and reshaping teams to deliver impactful results. Passionate about driving collaborative efforts to align with the Company's mission while fostering innovation and sustainable practices, he continues to leverage on diverse perspectives to achieve organizational goals.

Alwin Cheng

Alwin Cheng has a red hot track record in many industries. A prominent stopover in his long career was when he was enlisted as Territory Manager for Cargill, a global commodity powerhouse. Alwin Cheng’s trademark is packaging distinctive financial solutions with impressive yields for his clients. He also spent a decade in AIA as a District Manager. Unsurprisingly, the majority of his career was dedicated to Private Equity and Investment. He is conversant in people management, particularly in “transforming rivals into admirers”.
